1. Use the scrollbar in the PodPlayer to view a playlist of the programs we offer.

2. Select the program you want to hear.

3. Double-click the program to play, or use the 'play' button on the PodPlayer.

Want it to download to play when you want? Just click the download arrow next to the program!

To return to the playlist, click the menu button on the PodPlayer.
